Terms of Service

Wired Notary Services provides mobile notarization in the Tampa Bay area. We come to you — whether that's your home, office, hospital, or anywhere else.

Our role is to verify your identity and witness your signature on documents. We do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or recommend what you should sign. If you have legal questions about your documents, please consult an attorney.

All appointments are subject to availability at the time of booking. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation via email with your appointment details.

Same Day Rush appointments are available based on same-day availability only and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Rush bookings require upfront payment at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel, we'll issue a reschedule credit — no expiration, use it whenever you're ready.

If you added the Appointment Assurance add-on at booking, you're entitled to a full refund for any cancellation, no questions asked.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule credit.

Self-serve rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment through the link in your confirmation email.

Available exclusively with our Coordinated Signing Service and Peace of Mind Signing Service tiers.

If your notary arrives after the agreed appointment time, you'll receive 50% of your appointment fee back — automatically, no need to ask.

This guarantee does not apply to Same Day Rush appointments, where we can confirm the date but not an exact arrival time.

You can pay in advance at the Prepay Rate (which includes a discount) or at the time of your appointment at the standard rate.

Same Day Rush bookings require full upfront payment.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.

Wired Notary Services is responsible for the notarization itself — not the content of your documents, any legal outcomes, or actions taken by third parties.

By using our services, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the appointment in question.
