When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and the type of document you need notarized.

Payment information (card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to confirm and manage your appointment, send you reminders leading up to your visit, and follow up afterward.

We may also use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services and understand how clients use our booking system.

We never sell your information. Ever.

We never share your data with third parties — except as strictly necessary to process your payment (Stripe) or send you communications (email/SMS providers). Those providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We only send text messages to clients who explicitly opt in during booking.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll be removed immediately, no questions asked.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Just email us with your request and we'll remove your records within 30 days.
